		<description>This really bothered me. I don&#039;t understand why some people refuse to make a living AND be socially responsible. Using the excuse it would be worse in Paris is childish. How many young girls in that area looked at that sign and suddenly felt imperfect.

		<description>I think that it is unfortunate that so many people with some extra cash think they need cosmetic surgery. Look at Hollywood, who has not had something done. They are a minority. Most of them looked better before. Look at Pamela Anderson, she was a beautiful woman. Now she looks like a freak show.
