		<description>I think it would be harder to get women to agree to randomized intervention who are trying to avoid it. However, some women don&#039;t care how the baby comes out. They may be a better choice.

I myself, having had a torturous first birth ending with a C-section and a home water birth for my second, would not be willing to be randomized.

Sounds selfish, I know.

One birth of torture is enough for me!
