As a morbidly obese woman who has given birth naturally TWICE I am proof that you CAN do it! I was lucky, I suppose, that my OB didn't once suggest a c-section. In fact with my first child he didn't even suggest induction. He let baby and I progress naturally. I was induced with my second child due to pretty horrible blood pressure problems.
