I never thought the risk of ovarian hyperstimulation would as high as 10 percent, or that 1.5 percent of egg donation retrievals resulted in the need for hospital care. To me, that&#039;s awfully high!

Making the law federal would mean that women all over the U.S. would have the right to informed consent instead of just ones in California.</description>
