I had my first at 36, 2nd at 36 (pre & post breast reduction, no cancer worries they just wanted a baseline). Once I was in the mammogram system my doctor's practice kept telling me I needed them annually. Sorry, enough radiation for me, I'll wait 1.5 years till I'm 50 to go again.
